Inaugural parades for new leaders are festive occasions. Yet on this parade in Luke 19 that declares Jesus as king as one group cheers, he weeps for others.
When some Jewish leaders ask him to silence the crowds, he declares you can’t or the stones will cry out.

Have you ever been the victim of theft? Or instead of just stealing property, we can also steal identities, reputations, from employees or employers, or even cheat on our taxes. Instead we should be ready to practice good stewardship, get a job and help people in need.

What’s This Church Thing About?
Every Sunday followers of Jesus get up and go to a church to gather and worship God. National statistics indicate the numbers of people attending church are declining. So, maybe what we should be focused on is – what is church really about?

Baptism
Jesus was baptized. So was the Apostle Paul. So were 3000 people right after the first sermon preached in Acts 2. So are people today.
